In the 1800s, about 3,000 Jews lived in Liska, forming a rich and vibrant community. Liska’s legacy has reached nearby towns, notably Kerestir, impacting Jewish life in Hungary. Liska welcomes approximately 5,000 visitors annually, who come for its spiritual and historical significance.
